For the past several years, I’ve helped women reconnect with themselves through trauma-sensitive yoga, breathwork, and nervous system support at The Teal Yogi.

My approach was shaped during one of the hardest seasons of my life while caring for my husband during cancer treatment. Yoga became more than movement — it became a way to breathe again, process stress, and find steady ground when life felt overwhelming.

That experience shaped the way we teach at The Teal Yogi today.
